Signature Health Services, Inc., now using the name Signature Medical Group (SMG), formed in 2001, is a physician group comprised of more than 12 physician practices from the St. Louis area and outstate Missouri. More than 70 physicians practice in more than 20 locations which include physician offices, surgery centers and imaging facilities. SMG Orthopedics Division provides a full spectrum of musculoskeletal services including orthopedic surgery, orthopedic medicine, sports medicine, fracture care, spine surgery, hand surgery, pediatric orthopedics, foot and ankle surgery and trauma care. Physical therapy services are rendered through Rehab Care. SMG Womens' Services provides obstetrics, gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine services. SMG Allergy-Immunology treats a wide variety of allergic and immune deficiency disorders.
