Signature Medical Group is a physician-owned, multi-specialty physician group comprised of more than 75 doctors. We provide care from 22 locations primarily covering the greater St. Louis area. The organization was formed in 2001 when physicians at Mid County Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine (Mid/West St. Louis County) and Premier Care Orthopedics (North & South St. Louis County) joined to form the largest orthopedic physician group in the St. Louis area. Our practice has grown and presently includes some of the area’s most highly respected physicians specializing in orthopedics, obstetrics, gynecology, gastroenterology, maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, allergy and immunology. Now one of the largest physician groups in Missouri, Signature Medical Group is leading the way to better health.

Signature physicians are able to perform outpatient procedures at cost-effective affiliated surgery centers. Procedures requiring hospitalization are performed by our surgeons at many major hospitals in the St. Louis area, such as St. Anthony’s Medical Center, St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, SSM DePaul Health Center, SSM St. Mary’s Medical Center, Progress West HealthCare Center and SSM St. Clare Health Center.

To provide a continuum of care to our patients as the need arises, we operate imaging facilities that perform MRI scans (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), x-rays, ultrasounds and bone density imaging services in a convenient, friendly environment.
