Signature Medical Group was formed in 2002 when physicians at (Mid/West St. Louis County) and (North & South St. Louis County) joined to form the largest orthopedic physician group
in the St. Louis area. Since that time, additional groups, specialties and physicians
have joined Signature, making it one of the largest physician-owned medical groups in

To provide a continuum of care to our patients as the need arises, Signature Health operates surgery centers and imaging facilities. The surgery centers provide our patients with convenient facilities where physicians can perform relatively basic procedures. More complex procedures involving hospitalization are performed by our surgeons at many major hospitals in the St. Louis area, including, but not limited to: St. Anthony’s Medical Center, St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, Missouri Baptist, DePaul Hospital, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Progress West Hospital and St. Clare Health Center.
Our imaging facilities provide MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) services in a convenient, patient (and family member) friendly environment. The MRI uses a large magnet, radio waves and a computer to produce clear pictures and allow your doctor to "see inside" your body without the use of surgery or radiation.
